BEETROOT YOGURT BOWL
Ingredients:
Yogurt – 150–180 g
Beetroot powder – 1–2 teaspoons
Honey or maple syrup – 1–2 teaspoons (adjust sweetness to taste)
Granola – 2–4 tablespoons
Fresh fruits (such as banana, strawberries, blueberries), as desired
Chia seeds or sliced almonds, a small amount
Method:
Mix the yogurt and beetroot powder until well combined and smooth, creating a beautiful pink color.
Add honey or maple syrup and stir again to balance the flavor.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola and fresh fruits as desired.
For extra texture, sprinkle with chia seeds or sliced almonds.
