How to Consume:
1.Rinse the chickpeas 1–2 times with clean water.
2.Soak the chickpeas in water (completely submerged)
for 4–8 hours or overnight.
3.The chickpeas will expand to about twice their size.
Rinse them again with clean water.
4.Place the chickpeas in a pot and add water
until it covers the beans by about a hand’s width.
5.Boil over medium heat for about 1 hour,
until soft and cooked through.
Then strain and drain well.
6.Use in your desired recipes,
or store the cooked chickpeas in an airtight container
and refrigerate for future meals.
