How to cook:
1.Place the beans in a container, add enough water to cover them, and rinse them clean.
2.Boil the beans to remove any bitterness.
Add 5 times the amount of water to the beans and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, remove from heat, let it sit for 20 minutes, and then drain the water.
3.Boil the beans again, this time with just enough water to cover them.
Boil over high heat until it comes to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for a while.
Alternate between high heat and low heat, always keeping the water level just above the beans.
Continue this process for about 1 hour or until the beans are soft. Once done, let them sit for 20 minutes before draining.
