Boiling method:
1. Put the beans in a container, fill with water and wash the beans clean.
2. Boil to remove the astringency of the beans.
Put the beans in a pot with 5 times the amount of water.

Lift the pot and leave for 20 minutes, then pour out the water.
3. Boil the beans again.
This time, add water just enough to cover the beans. Boil over high heat continuously.

But you have to keep adding water until it is almost full of beans.
Until the beans start to soften, which takes about 1 hour.
When the beans are cooked to your liking,
lift the pot down and let it rest for 20 minutes before pouring out the water.
